5 Random Friday Finds

These are my interesting finds for this week:

Find No. 1

I found this little cluster of mushrooms in the local cemetery that I walk through everyday. When I got home and loaded the picture I noticed that it reminded me of a little sheep.

Find No. 2

It will inevitably rain the day after you wash the windows, and yes it did.

Find No. 3

I saw this trail at a rest stop today. What a great idea to label how long it takes. Everybody needs a ten minute stretch of the legs when traveling.

Find No. 4

Do not eat your lunch near a garbage can in September or October. The yellow jackets will find you in a matter of minutes.

I had to move to a new location where there was a breeze and the garbage can was farther away.

Find No. 5

Best find of the week! You never know where the kindness of strangers will lead you. More to come on this in tomorrow's Backroads post.

Such great finds...except for the bees...

Great finds - although the bees and the window thing might not have been the most fun. That mushroom does look a bit like sheep - and # 5 has me very intrigued!

Lovely and did I say before I love your sandals !

pretty cool looking mushrooms and yes they could be mushroom sheep...intrigued by the kindness of strangers comment, and these are the sandals the pets and people in my world wish I would wear, very chic.

I think I would have to take that trail just to see if it really took 10 minutes! Looking forward to see what that key unlocked!

That huge mushroom is awesome! I've never seen anything that big!

Nice lead in to your next story. I love mushrooms but I have never seen ones that look like sheep before...

Now, I do not like cliffhangers, but I will be back to see what the lock/key thing is all about! :)

and here I am, still trying to find the key to unlock the loft door so I can throw down hay into the Ranger. it's always something, eh? visiting via Nancy at a rural journal.

Great finds. Wouldn't the world be a better place without yellow jackets? Ok, make that any bug that stings, bites or just is a pest.

I've never see a mushroom quite like that one! Great find! Love you're other finds also and looking forward to seeing is behind that lock!
